Distillation
equipment is used to close loop your waste streams for ink, solvent,
paint, or most any wash solution. Distillation equipment is available
for manual operation and for automatic operation. With distillation
equipment, your waste stream is reduced. Manual distillation machines
can distill to 95% of the waste and automatic distillation machines can
distill near 100% of the waste.
Distillation equipment designed with mixing blades can mix the waste
being distilled so that the discharge of the distillation system is a
powder or a flake. Without the mixing blades, the distillation units
would reduce the waste to a thick syrup or paste.

Piston
Coating has been used for many years in Europe and in the United States.
Piston Coating is performed on automobile pistons and on pistons for
commercial vehicles. Pistons that have been coated offer advantages over
pistons that have not been coated. Previously, tin has been used to coat
pistons. Tin plating has many disadvantages with respect to E.P.A. and
waste disposal.
A coated piston with a thickness of 12 microns shows only 2 microns of
wear after 300,000 miles of simulated operation. Benefits of piston
coating are reduced engine noise, increased performance, reduced
emissions and lubrication on cold start-ups.
Industrial washing Equipment for part cleaning prior to coating
applications or assembly and for washing tooling such as screens and ink
pans. Automatic systems and manual wash tanks available. An assortment
of Reclamation units are also available. Ovens for powder cure and
drying applications as well.
Vibratory equipment are used for the separation of
materials, transfer, bulk material transfer, vibration screening,
vibratory elevator, sand core shake out, vibrating tables, etc. A full
